editUpdated on: August 31, 2018 by anvitalis

Superooms™ — CRA’s state-of-the-art focus group facilities. Every Superooms™ facility is locally managed and operated by seasoned professionals who know their jobs and their locality inside and out.

Focus groups are informal, roundtable-style gatherings at which participants share their opinions about products or services. People who attend receive a cash honorarium, usually $50 to $100, for their time and input. Since the early 1980s, Consumer Research Associates (CRA) has organized focus groups involving tens of thousands of people. These research sessions have been conducted on behalf of virtually every kind of company and organization.

Focus groups have become an increasingly popular way for organizations of all kinds to learn more about their customers or members and thereby develop the products or services people say they want. The topic of a focus group discussion can be almost anything, from consumer food products to business services. Regardless of the subject matter, participants are asked only to share their opinions and experiences as consumers. Usually focus groups consist of about 10 participants plus a moderato and lasts for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Focus Groups participants are paid from $50-$100 or more, depending on the type of study.

Accepts only panelists from U.S.
